So, here we are at the end of August already! Julianna is 6 months old. Sweet,happy, curious, darling! She grabs for everything she can reach with her tiny little hands. She doesn't complain much. Only when she's hungry, sleepy, or wants to hitch a ride on mom's hip! She likes to talk "hey" , being one sound we find hilarious. Especially when she says it when dad comes in the room. Who, by the way, makes her grin from ear to ear! She always looks at him with expectancy. Carson is getting bigger everyday. He doesn't want help with anything. Very independent. When he is faced with fear (being left in Sunday school, the dark, etc.) He says "I'm not scared...because my bwain tells me I'm stwong and bwave" LOVE IT! Emily and Alex's favorite new pastime is playing the piano. Lessons dont begin until September, but that hasn't stopped them from investigating the new piano and all it's keys. School has started for all with a new cirriculum called Heart of Dakota. It's so interactive, works for all of the kids together, and connects every subject to the other. The kids and I love it so much! This is what homeschool is all about!
